We were appointed for the Mechanical works associated with the conversion of a Grade 2 Listed Barn to 2no. guest suites. Within these works we carried out the installation of a complete new LPG heating system consisting of a Boiler, along with under floor heating. We also installed new domestic services throughout incorporating un-vented hot water cylinder along with drainage. The building also had requirements for Air conditioning which was provided via 2no. internal remotely controlled units with an external condenser located externally to the building.
