We have been appointed to carry out the Design and Build Mechanical works at this listed building in Dorchester - Kings Arms Hotel. Works include supply and  installation of a new plantroom complete with booster set, gas fired boilers and water heaters with controls system. Heating generation is via radiators throughout. We will also carry out supply and installation of new sanitaryware in each room. Works also include installation of new domestic services, above ground drainage, air conditioning and ventilation.
