We have been appointed to carry out the Design and Build Mechanical and Electrical works at Sythwood. Works include supply and  installation of a new centralised plant room complete with booster set, gas fired boilers and water heaters with full BMS controls system. Heating generation is via underfloor heating throughout. We will also carry out supply and installation of new sanitaryware in each apartment. Works also included installation of new domestic services, above ground drainage and central ventilation.

Electrical works include provision of power, lighting (external and internal), data, TV and access control.
