The Development

Oldham Seals, Chichester is a new build industrial unit constructed for the Oldham Seals group.  The development is new build constructed on an existing industrial estate.  The building comprises a large open plan space, office and welfare facilities.  The design brief is for a flexible space to be provided within the open plan area, as the space may be utilised as a multi-use area, with test rigs, storage racking etc. installed at a later date outside of the current scheme.

We have been appointed to carry out the supply and installation of Mechanical services to the New warehouse. Mechanical works include heating via high level gas fired heaters, installation of domestic and above ground drainage pipe work services as well as ventilation services as required.
