TRAFALGAR SCHOOL, PORTSMOUTH

This project involved the refurbishment of a large section of the existing school including workshop areas. We were appointed to carry out works including installation of new heating pipe work from the existing boiler room via a new plate heat exchanger to supply radiant panels within the workshop areas. We were to design and install a new BMS controls system to incorporate new and existing plant, install new domestic pipework to sinks complete with point of use water heaters and air conditioning unit de-commission and re-commission to allow for a new roof insulation with covering to be applied. We also carried insulation of new pipe work throughout refurbished areas and also all existing pipe work within the plant room following removal of existing due to presence of asbestos.
