We were appointed to carry out the Mechanical works associated with the construction of a new Studio within the grounds of a private dwelling. Within these works we installed a new oil fired combination boiler along with under floor heating covered by a polished concrete floor. We also installed a complete new sanitary system to the studio consisting of wall hung toilet, wall hung basin, recessed shower tray within polished floor along with kitchenette.
